Hi, I’m Anjali. I offer an integrative, insurance-friendly blend of Clinical Counselling, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and trauma-aware mind–body practices. My work brings together traditional therapy with holistic tools like Breathwork, Meditation Coaching, and Bach Flower Remedies — chosen with care, clarity, and respect.

I moved to Canada in 2023 and have been working steadily to build a space where care feels ethical, accessible, and whole. I believe support should honour the full complexity of who we are — not just what’s hurting, but also what’s trying to grow.

I’m in ongoing supervision and in therapy myself, committed to doing the inner work that allows me to show up fully for others. I practice with presence, humility, and a deep respect for your pace.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, in transition, or simply curious about what’s unfolding within you — I meet you there. Together, we’ll find what feels steady and supportive.

Detailed invoices are provided after each session and can be submitted for insurance reimbursement if your plan includes counselling.

I also offer group workshops, some of which may be eligible for insurance reimbursement depending on your provider. Stay tuned and check the website for updates on upcoming sessions and offerings.

I run The Minds Matter as a solo practice, shaped by intention, ethics, and deep respect for each client’s journey. If you’re curious to see if we’re the right fit, I invite you to book a short call. I’m glad you’re here. :)
